The site scorbolt.com is a showcase site: it offers no account creation, no form and no online payment. It therefore only processes a minimum of technical data necessary for its display and its security, described below. This policy will be extended once accounts and subscriptions are opened.

When you browse the site, only technical data is processed, strictly to the extent necessary for its operation:

We do not collect any identification data (no name, email or phone number), as the site contains no form. No data is used for profiling or advertising purposes, nor sold to third parties.

Technical data is processed by our host, which acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and delivery of the site, protection against attacks.
It may also be disclosed to administrative or judicial authorities upon lawful request.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Our host, Cloudflare, is a company established in the United States that operates a global network. Any transfers of data outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (2021/914) and Cloudflare's adherence to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
